Overview
No — you can't transfer wallet balance from your Javern Wallet to another Javern user or to a bank account. The wallet is designed for paying and receiving refunds on Javern, not for peer-to-peer transfers or withdrawals.
What you can do with your wallet
- Pay for orders on Javern — see Can I pay with wallet balance?.
- Top up from your card or bank via Paystack — see How do I add money?.
- Receive refunds — rejected orders, 72-hour auto-cancellations, and approved returns all credit your wallet automatically.
What you can't do
- Send balance to another Javern user.
- Withdraw wallet balance to your bank. Money added to your wallet stays on Javern for future purchases.
