Can someone else receive my package?
Can someone else receive my package — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.
Updated 31 July 2026
Overview
Yes — someone else can receive your package on your behalf. Delivery is arranged directly by the store, so the best thing to do is let the store know in advance who will accept the parcel.
How to arrange it
- Open your order in "My Orders" once the store has accepted it.
- Tap the chat icon to message the store.
- Share the name and phone number of the person receiving the parcel, and any note about where they'll be.
Good to know
- The person receiving should have a valid ID in case the courier asks to verify.
- If they can't be reached at the delivery address, the courier may reschedule — see What if I miss delivery?.
- If the parcel is marked delivered but neither you nor the person you nominated received it, follow the steps in My order says delivered but I didn't receive it.
