How do I print shipping labels?

How do I print shipping labels — quick answer with steps and helpful context for Javern users.

Overview

Javern doesn't generate shipping labels — you arrange delivery through your own courier, and the label (if one is needed) comes from them. What you get from Javern is the order details: the buyer's name, phone number, and delivery address.

Get the order details you need

  1. Open the Javern Vendor app.
  2. Tap "Orders" and open the order you're preparing.
  3. You'll see the buyer's delivery address, phone number, and the list of items.
  4. Copy or note these details for your courier.

Using your courier's label system

Most courier services (DHL, GIG, Redstar, and similar) generate their own waybills or labels when you create a shipment with them. Enter the buyer's delivery details from the order into your courier's system to get a label.

Include a packing slip

If you'd like to include a simple packing slip in the parcel, you can screenshot or write out the order details from the order page — item names, sizes, colours, quantities, and the buyer's name.

Sharing tracking with the buyer

Once you have a tracking number from your courier, share it with the buyer in the order chat. Javern doesn't have a built-in tracking view, so the chat is the best way to keep buyers in the loop.
