What shipping companies are used?

Overview

There's no fixed list of shipping companies on Javern. Each store picks the courier it wants to use, so the company handling your parcel depends on which store you bought from.

Finding out who's delivering your order

Once the store accepts your order, a chat opens automatically. Message them for the courier name (and a tracking number if they have one). See How do I contact my seller?.

Common couriers you might see

Stores on Javern use a mix of well-known local and national couriers — for example, DHL, GIG Logistics, Redstar, and various motorbike or dispatch services. Which one your order uses depends entirely on the store.

Tracking updates

Javern doesn't have a built-in courier tracking view. You can:

• Check the order status in "My Orders" for high-level updates (Shipped → Out for Delivery → Order Completed).
• Message the store for the courier and tracking number, then check on the courier's own tracking page.
